Traditionally cable horizontal lifeline systems have been utilized in these situations, but due to cable deflection and shock absorber elongation the worker is able to striike the ground in the event of a fall. With Tether Tracks there is no deflection, which minimizes the total fall distance. Often times a fall on Tether Track will result in a “near miss” rather than an accident.

Curved sections allow for continuous fall protection over any area. The track can accommodate single or multiple workers with dual bypass capability which allows workers to pass each other without disconnecting.

Free Standing Monorail

With a durable interior track coating, built in wind and ice load design, corrosion resistant hardware and options for outdoor finish coatings, the free standing monorail is optimal for indoor and outdoor applications. Heights come standard from 16’ to 26’ with single and dual track design, making this system ideal for rail car or flatbed loading and unloading. This system often requires foundations to be poured prior to installation.

Bridge System

The bridge consists of two runways and a traveling bridge rail for maximum coverage within a rectangular work area. A lightweight aluminum bridge follows over the worker providing continuous fall protection in a much larger area than a monorail system. This system can be ceiling mounted or free standing with bridge spans up to 18’.

Swing Arm System

This system provides circular or semicircular fall protection with a compact footprint. The swing arm can be positioned over the work space when needed and moved out of the way when not in use with the use of manual or motorized rotation. Wall mounted, column mounted or free standing designs with standard arm lengths from 8’ to 30’ in length are available. The track can accommodate single or multiple workers, dual bypassing track allows workers to safely pass each other without disconnecting.

Fold Away System

This system can be deployed as needed and folded away when done, creating the perfect system for areas requiring access to overhead cranes or when space is limited. With arm spans up to 20’ with manual or motorized rotation the track can accommodate single or multiple workers, dual bypassing track allows workers to safely pass each other without disconnecting.

Single Pole System

This space-saving design allows for installation in areas where there is minimal floor space or limited room for foundations. Utilizing only one free standing support with one single foundation there are standard track lengths up to 53’. The track can accommodate single or multiple workers, dual bypassing track allows workers to safely pass each other without disconnecting.
